Shipping policy

Due to the impact of covid-19. Deliveries and shipments may be extended by an additional 5 to 7 business days, in addition to the average delivery time of 15 business days.

You will be reminded of this information on your purchase invoice and on the order confirmation email.

Please allow 2 to 4 days for your order to be processed, and 15 business days for it to arrive at its destination.

All shipments are processed Monday through Friday before 12:00 noon. After that, your order will be processed the next day in business days, and the following Monday on weekends.

A tracking number is assigned to all shipments. Once this number is assigned, please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking number to be operational.
